How do you write a blog about people you don’t know? You can’t you have to get to know the people you are writing about. We did a survey this week, full of dumb questions. Every one asked “what is the point of these stupid questions”. What is the easiest way to get to know people? You ask questions, you listen to the answers. With the people that have turned in the survey we have learned in one day we take out 144 trash cans, in one week we sweep 1996 steps, in a month we scrub 2640 toilets. That is for the half of the crew that has submitted the information.
How do you read a blog about a group of people you don’t know? You can’t you have to know them. If you don’t know who you are reading about there is no reason to take time to read it.
This is the first part of introducing the people of the Jano department. No one person is more important then the other person, no one person works harder then the others. We all do are part to help each other out. We are a team if we lose one, and then our team is incomplete. We don’t complain about it, we just change are schedule around to get the job done.

This person has been described as a true gentleman. He is a savvy individual that has earned the respect of many with in our department, with his easy going personality and intelligent commentary. Soon to be a new father, Chad is valuable player to the team.
He never has anything serious to say. Always trying his best to make people laugh, smile and like him. And we all do just that. If there is something that needs done we can count on Eddie to get the job done.
She is the department smile. Not a day goes by that she doesn’t make a statement that will surprise you. If you’re having a bad day, talk to Chelsea guaranteed she’ll make you smile.
A team is only as good as their leader. Always having something positive to say about you, statements like “big fan and you are a rock star”. You can tell when you talk to her, she truly cares about your safety. With out Keri this department would not run the way it does.
Mr. Olympic, Mr. Competitive he is the one always trying to win. If it’s not folding fitted sheets at the Jano Olympic, it’s bowling the best at are fun day at the bowling alley. When it comes to doing Jano work Carlton is a true winner.
She’s not seen much, only once or twice a day. She works in a dungeon, but she does it with pride. She is an adventurous spirit that lives free and has traveled excessively. If you call her Barb instead of Caitlin she might shove you in a washing machine.
He’s been here the longest. He knows the ins and outs of being a Jano. If we have a question we can go to him to get the answer. With out Steve our vacuums would never get repaired.
With being the newest member of our team she has cut the work load for all of us. LaVonne has made our job easier.
Always helping others out, he is a true team player. He has discovered a world of cool people hidden in the depths of a frozen continent. He work hard, play hard, and interact willingly. Adam has a good view of life and living, the same views we all should have.
Watch out what you say to this person she might just run you down. With good work ethics she will not stop until the job is done. With her sarcastic answers, Cedar always has something to say, but it is always worth listening to.
She is always going above and beyond her duty as a Jano. She also spends her lunch hour working in the store, always with a friendly smile on her face. Tiffany is a strong member of the Jano family.
With the personality she possesses, she is the life of the party. She has her own style and she makes it work. It’s always fun to have her around. She is one of a kind. With out Sparky, the job would be boring.
Coming together is a beginning.
